基于储能的光伏并网点电压越限控制方案

由于光伏出力的不稳定性光伏接入配电网后容易引起并网点电压的越限问题,这也是限制光伏发展的重要原因之一.储能系统(ESS)因拥有快速充放电响应能力故通过吸收和发出电能可以有效地解决电压波动问题,分析了光伏接入配电网后并网点电压越限的原因以及电压调节的机理,提出一种基于功率-电压的控制方案控制储能系统充放电来调节并网点(PCC)的电压,通过与光伏逆变器配合实现并网点的电压的调节,结果表明提出的方案能够有效地解决电压越限问题.
Energy Storage-based Control Against Voltage Violation at Points of Common Coupling in Power Grids
Due to instability of PV power output,PV integration can readily cause voltage violation at points of common coupling (PCC)in distribution networks,largely limiting the development of PV generations.Energy storage system (ESS)has the ability of fast charging and discharging response,which can effectively solve the voltage fluctuation problem by absorbing and emitting power.This paper analyzes the mechanism of voltage violation upon PV integration and the principle of voltage regulation.It proposes an ESS control scheme which is based on power-voltage control,and which helps regulating voltage at the PCC in cooperation with PV inverter.The results show that the proposed scheme can effec-tively solve the problem of voltage violation.
