3种制氢技术路线的经济性分析

为分析不同制氢技术路线的成本,选取了天然气制氢、石油制氢、电解水制氢3种制氢方式来测算制氢成本.其中,天然气的制氢成本最低,石油制氢的成本最高.分析了3种制氢方式的成本组成,发现制氢成本的主要部分都是原料/电力成本.讨论了原料/电力成本、设备投资、碳税税率3个变量对氢气价格的影响,得出原料/电力成本对氢气价格的影响远大于设备投资、碳税税率的结论.
In order to analyze the cost of different hydrogen production technology routes,this paper selected three hydro-gen production technologies,i.e.,hydrogen production from natural gas,from petroleum,and by electrocatalytic water splitting,and calculated the cost of these methods.Among them,the cost of natural gas hydrogen production is the low-est,and the cost of petroleum hydrogen production is the highest.The cost composition of three hydrogen production methods is analyzed,and it is concluded that the main part of the cost is raw materials/electricity in the three hydrogen production methods.The effects of raw material/electricity cost,equipment investment and carbon tax rate on hydrogen price are discussed.It is concluded that the impact of raw material/electricity costs on hydrogen prices is much greater than that of equipment investment and carbon tax rates.
