摘要

为了更深入全面地评价智能配电网建设和发展的水平,从安全可靠、经济效益、低碳环保、互动应用四个方面构建了智能配电网分级综合评价指标体系,并提出了以熵权法的权重确定方法为基本脉络,依据智能配电网各属性的内涵及其指标特点,以灰色关联度作为评价方法的智能配电网综合评价模型,实现对智能配电网科学、合理、全面、有效的综合评价.最后,以某地智能配电网为例,运用智能配电网分级综合评价指标体系及评价方法对其发展建设情况进行评估,并对结果进行了分析,验证了其合理性与实用性.

Abstract

In order to comprehensively evaluate the level of construction and development of intelligent distribution net-works,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system for intelligent distribution networks from four as-pects,i.e.,safety and reliability,economic benefits,low-carbon environmental protection,and interactive applications. The weight determination method based on entropy weight method is proposed as the basic framework.Based on connota-tion and indicator characteristics of various attributes of intelligent distribution networks,a comprehensive evaluation model for intelligent distribution networks is developed using grey correlation as the evaluation method to achieve scientif-ic,reasonable,comprehensive,and effective comprehensive evaluation of intelligent distribution networks.Finally,taking the intelligent distribution network in a certain area as an example,the intelligent distribution network is evaluated using a graded comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method,and the results are analyzed to verify its rationality and practicality.
