Study on Remote Charging and Discharging Control of Substation Batteries Based on Fuzzy Logic
In view of the problems such as inadequate reactive power output and large fluctuation under varying load of the existing battery control methods,a remote charging and discharging control of substation batteries based on fuzzy logic is studied. The output interval of interval type Ⅱ fuzzy logic is determined and the parameter matrix is defined.Cartesian op-eration is performed on the obtained membership degree and the weighting coefficient of the control variable is adjusted ac-cording to a certain exponential law to determine the specific parameters in the parameter matrix and obtain the relation-ship between the weighting coefficients of the control change.A fuzzy controller is designed to convert data into fuzzy vari-ables.A fuzzy rule table is established by calculating battery's state of charge, and charging and discharging processes of a single battery can thereby be dynamically adjusted by comparing different results to achieve control purposes. The experi-mental results indicate that under low load conditions, the experimental group adjusts the output active power to the re-quired active power value of 40 MW and maintains a relatively stable state without any fluctuations.Under high load con-ditions,the curve of the experimental group shows unobvious fluctuation after load changes. The control conversion makes the output power of the battery reach the required output power value, making the results meet expectations and maintai-ning the power quality of the microgrid.
