摘要

为构建科学、全面、适合的配电网指标以及评价标准用于指导并评估配电网建设,建立了一种综合考虑可靠性与经济性的配电网SQE(Smart Quality Efficient)评估模型,测算并提出基于供电可靠性为目标的世界一流特征配电网指标体系及分阶段目标,开展配电网及其规划经济性评估,开展基于SQE模型的配电网项目的辅助决策应用验证.经验证,提出的SQE模型具备指导配电网协同发展的实用价值.

Abstract

In order to achieve scientific,comprehensive and suitable distribution network indicators and evaluation stand-ards for guiding and evaluating distribution network construction,this paper establishes a distribution network SQE (smart quality efficient)evaluation model that comprehensively considers reliability and economy.A world-class charac-teristic distribution network index system and phased objectives are calculated and proposed based on power supply relia-bility.And economic evaluation of planning and distribution network as well as application verification of auxiliary decision-making for distribution network projects based on SQE model are carried out.It is verified that the SQE model proposed in this paper has practical value in guiding the coordinated development of distribution networks.
