摘要

传统配电网作业存在稳定性较差、设备种类繁多等一系列问题,导致电缆作业效率低.鉴于此,提出一种10 kV配电网电缆旁路作业不停电抢修技术.首先选取不停电抢修作业工具及装备,保障配电网电缆线路安全.其次进行旁路电缆敷设工作.最后转移配电网旁路作业负荷.实例分析结果表明提出的不停电抢修技术应用后,每个检测位置的电缆接线长度误差均小于施工最大允许误差,证明了该技术的有效性.

Abstract

Traditional distribution network operations have a series of problems such as poor stability and a wide variety of equipment types,leading to low efficiency in cable operations.In view of this,a non power outage repair technology for cable bypass operations in 10 kV distribution networks is proposed.Firstly,select non power outage repair tools and e-quipment to ensure the safety of distribution network cable lines.Next,carry out the laying of bypass cables.Finally, transfer the load of the distribution network bypass operation.The example analysis results show that after the application of the proposed uninterrupted repair technology,the cable connection length error at each detection position is less than the maximum allowable construction error,proving the effectiveness of this technology.
