110 kV复合绝缘横担结构设计及工程应用研究

为在输电线路中推广复合绝缘横担,以110 kV输电线路改造工程为背景,提出了一种线路用复合绝缘横担设计方法.从复合绝缘横担的大风、覆冰、安装及断线四种工况荷载计算着手,对复合绝缘横担开展结构设计.采用有限元软件建立两拉-两压结构形式的力学分析模型,在四种工况下对横担进行力学计算,通过力学真型实验验证了复合绝缘横担结构的稳定性和安全性.该方法设计的复合绝缘横担满足该线路安全运行要求,并成功挂网多条110 kV输电线路;针对不同线路塔型设计工作量大、生产周期长的问题,开展典型化设计工作是未来发展的趋势.
Structural Design and Application of 110 kV Composite Insulating Crossarm
In order to promote the application of composite insulating crossarm in transmission lines,a design method of composite insulating crossarm for 110 kV transmission lines is proposed in this paper.The structural design is carried out based on the load calculation of strong wind,icing,installation and line breaking.The mechanical model of two-pull and two-pressure is established by finite element software,and mechanical calculation of the crossarm is carried out under four loading conditions of strong wind,icing,installation and line breaking.Stability and safety of the composite insulating crossarm are verified by actual tests.The composite insulating crossarm designed by this method meets safety require-ments and has been successfully applied to many 110 kV transmission lines.In view of the problems of large workload and long production cycle in the design of different line towers,it is the trend of future development to carry out typical design work.
