摘要

卫星供配电系统一旦发生短路或断电等故障,可能造成整星失效的灾难性后果,卫星供配电安全性是在轨可靠运行的基本保障条件.针对某承载高功率高压载荷卫星的供配电高风险的特性,采取了平台载荷双独立母线、蓄电池组放电过压保护、限流保护、卫星放电开关安全控制等多种安全性设计措施,确保卫星能源安全.卫星在轨运行情况表明,卫星供配电在轨状态稳定可靠,系统安全性良好.

Abstract

Once a short circuit or power failure occurs in the satellite EPSS,it may cause catastrophic consequences such as satellite failure.Thereby the safety of satellite EPSS is a basic guarantee condition for successful and reliable on-orbit operation of a satellite.Aiming at the high-risk characteristics of EPSS for a satellite carrying high power and high voltage loads,various safety design measures have been proposed and applied in the present work to ensure the power safety of the satellite,such as platform and load dual independent power bus,battery discharge overvoltage protection,current limiting protection and satellite discharge switch safety control.The satellite on-orbit operation shows that the proposed satellite EPSS system has good safety condition and facilitates stable and reliable operation of satellite.
