摘要

辐射结构架空线路中,由于没有对侧电源转供,在城市迁改过程中会导致辐射架空线路上非检修区段用户陪停,存在停电时户数损失巨大,严重影响供电可靠性的缺点.为此提出一种基于不停电需求的辐射结构架空线路迁改方法,以最大限度减少停电时户数损失,重点介绍了该方法的实施过程和应用优势.

Abstract

Due to lack of opposite side power supply in the overhead lines with radiating structure,the users in the non-maintenance section of the overhead lines with radiating structure will encounter accompanying power interruption in the process of urban relocation,which has the disadvantage of huge loss of supplied households and seriously affects reliability of power supply.Therefore this paper proposes an interruption-free method for relocating overhead lines with radiating structure to minimize outage-induced loss of supplied households,and focuses on the implementation process and applica-tion advantages of this method.
