输电线路边坡智慧运维平台开发及应用

为快速识别和区分输电线路边坡风险等级,构建了一个双重层次的风险评估指标体系,包括地质背景、气象水文、孕灾环境和工程对策等方面,共16个风险评估指标.制定了指标评分标准和风险等级划分标准,并为不同风险等级制定了相应的分级管控对策;开发了以风险评估和管理为核心、以风险信息地图集成展示为特色的输电线路边坡智慧运维平台.通过平台对深圳的67处输电线路边坡进行风险评估和分级管理应用.与人工综合评价的结果相比,该平台验证了技术方法和系统平台的科学性和有效性,表明其在边坡遴选避免疏漏方面具有较好的优势.研究成果能有力支持输电线路边坡运维,帮助电网管理部门高效开展输电线路边坡维护管理工作,有效控制边坡地质灾害风险.
Development and Application of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform for Transmission Line Slope
In order to quickly identify and distinguish the risk grade of transmission line slope,a two-level risk assessment index system is constructed,which contains 16 risk assessment indexes,including geological background,meteorological and hydrology,disaster-prone environment,engineering countermeasures,etc.The index scoring standard and risk grade classification standard are formulated,and the corresponding hierarchical control countermeasures are determined for dif-ferent risk levels.A transmission line slope intelligent operation and maintenance platform with risk assessment and man-agement as the core and risk information map integrated display as the feature is developed.The risk assessment and clas-sification management of 67 transmission line slopes in Shenzhen are carried out through the platform.Compared with the results of manual comprehensive evaluation,the platform verifies the scientificity and effectiveness of the technical method and the system platform,and shows a good advantage in slope selection to avoid omissions.The results of this paper can effectively support the transmission line slope operation and maintenance process,help the power grid management de-partment to efficiently carry out the transmission line slope maintenance and management,and effectively control the slope geological disaster risk.
