摘要

设计了一种10 kV电缆终端快速连接保护装置,为电缆终端通过螺栓方式连接提供绝缘保护.基于该装置提出一种10 kV电缆终端直连快速复电新方法,在供电系统出现某电源点失电时能解决电力电缆修复工作耗时过长的问题,将平均复电时间缩短85%以上.选取上海临港地区某10 kV开关站试点安装,验证了该装置的安全性和该操作方法的有效性.

Abstract

A 10 kV cable terminal quick connection protection device is designed to provide insulation protection for the ca-ble terminal through bolted connection. Based on the device,a new method for outage quick recovery of 10 kV cable ter-minal direct connection is proposed. When a power supply point loses power,the method in this paper can solve the prob-lem of sluggish power cable repair work,and reduce average power recovery time by more than 85%. The safety of the device and the effectiveness of the operation method are verified by a pilot installation at a 10 kV switch station in Lin'gang area of Shanghai.
