配网电力变压器匝间短路故障分析及处理

干式变压器因耐火性好、不易燃、占地小、低电耗及免维护等优点得到广泛应用,成为最常见变压器之一.但是,伴随干式变压器的应用越来越多,变压器故障也是时有发生.对一起干式变压器故障的故障处置、试验检测及解体试验进行分析,介绍了试验方法及依据,提出了预防、维保及试验的建议,对同类型现象或故障类型具有借鉴意义.
Analysis and Treatment of Interturn Short Circuit Fault in Distribution Network Power Transformers
Dry type transformers have found widely application due to their advantages such as good fire resistance,non-flammability,small footprint,low power consumption,and maintenance free,making them one of the most common transformers. However,with the increasing application of dry-type transformers,transformer faults also occur from time to time. This paper reports the processes of fault handling,testing,and disassembly tests for a fault encountered by an actual dry-type transformer,describes detailed testing methods and basis,and proposes suggestions for prevention,main-tenance,and testing,which may contain useful information for coping with similar phenomena or fault types.
