Analysis of Outlet Circuit Anomaly of Flexible DC Converter Valve Control and Protection Panel in Flexible DC Converter Station
The inconsistency of the three-phase outlet of the circuit breaker operation box during the commissioning of a low-end valve group station system of the primary flexible direct converter station is analyzed in the live tripping test of the control and protection of a set of valves. The outlet logic of valve controlled tripping at the low end,the outlet logic of group controlled tripping and the circuit of circuit breaker operation box are analyzed. It is concluded that when the valve control system trips the outlet,the manual tripping and remote tripping commands of the group control system are issued at the same time,and the three phases of the tripping signal lamp at the outlet of the circuit breaker operation box are in-consistent due to the inconsistent action timing of STJ relay and TJR relay. By improving and optimizing the circuit,the logic of manual tripping circuit of valve control system is cancelled. Safe and ordered performing of on-site commissioning and later operation and maintenance are ensured through logic optimization.This strategy can be widely used in valve con-trol and group control logic configuration of flexible direct converter station.
