水树尺寸对XLPE电缆电场分布的影响分析

以110 kV交联聚乙烯电缆为研究对象,利用有限元法开展了水树尺寸对电缆电场分布影响的仿真分析.分别对开口型水树中的内导型水树和外导型水树进行建模,将水树的形态等效为椭圆模型,通过仿真结果分析了不同水树类型和不同水树尺寸下的电场分布情况.结果表明,水树末梢电场畸变最严重,且在相同水树尺寸下内导型水树危害大于外导型水树.
Analysis of Influence of Water Tree Size on Electric Field Distribution of XLPE Cables
This paper presents a finite element simulation analysis of the effect of water tree size on the electric field distri-bution of 110 kV cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)cables. First the internal conductive and external conductive water trees in the vented water trees are modeled separately,in which the typical water tree shapes are equivalent to elliptical models. Then the electric field distributions under different water tree types and sizes are analyzed. The results show that the electric field distortion at the water tree tip is the most serious,and from the perspective of electric field intensity,the internal conductive water tree is more harmful than the external conductive water tree under the same water tree size.
