Study on Installation and Construction Technology of Converter Valve Group of ±800 kV UHV Converter Station
In order to solve the problem of poor installation effect caused by unstable inlet conductivity and high inlet tem-perature after applying existing construction technology,the installation and construction technology of converter valve group in ±800 kV UHV converter station is studied. First the lift truck is used to install the lifting lugs and suspension brackets on top of the valve tower to maintain the main water pipe frame. The electric hoist is used to transport the as-sembled main water pipe to the designated top position and tie it with the top device. Then the top shield support is in-stalled and tied tightly by connecting bolts to ensure smooth connection of the optical fiber bridge. The valve block is as-sembled to the insulator position by selecting appropriate shield,and the insulator number and the lifting lug position are checked. The fixing blocks for the main water pipe are installed and the branch water pipes on the upper and lower fixing blocks are connected. Finally a measuring tool is used to determine the required adjustment pad thickness for each insula-tor. And the installation of bottom insulation screw,the adjustment and fastening of bottom shield to the lower side of the first layer valve module and to the outer insulator with screws,are performed. During the hoisting process,the bottom shield is lifted to the appropriate height,and the connection between the water pipe and valve interlayer pipe is fixed. The arrester is installed and the length of insulator upper bolt is adjusted to make it sag naturally and tighten the screw to com-plete the installation of the converter valve group. The test results show that during the time period from 11:12 to 13:10, the inlet conductivity is stable between 0.2 and 0.25 ,the inlet temperature is kept constant,the inlet flow is displayed stable,and the installation effect of the converter valve is optimized,which can ensure the application safety of the engi-neering converter valve.
