摘要

仪控系统是核电机组的重要组成部分,只有保证仪控系统的信息安全,才能确保核电机组可靠运行.针对数字化仪控系统的信息安全问题,采用文献总结法、案例分析法,从仪控系统的结构组成出发,分析了信息安全风险点并提出应对措施,最后阐述了信息安全管理方案.研究表明,数字化仪控系统的信息安全风险较多,通过风险点的识别与评估,从管理、技术两个层面制定应对措施,才能保证信息安全,提高数字化仪控系统的运行质量.

Abstract

The I&C system is an important component of nuclear power units. Information security of the I&C system is essential to ensure the reliable operation of nuclear power units. This paper explores the information security issues of dig-ital I&C systems. Using literature review and case analysis methods,starting from structural composition of the I&C system,it analyzes the information security risk points and proposes countermeasures. Finally it elaborates on the infor-mation security management plan. It can be concluded that there are many information security risks in digital instrument and control systems. Only by identifying and evaluating risk points,and developing appropriate countermeasures from both management and technology levels,can I&C system's information security be ensured and its operational quality be improved.
