摘要

为进一步提升刮板输送机形态监测水平,以 SGB1200/280 型刮板输送机为研究对象建立形态监测系统,重点对系统所需的刮板输送机中部槽位置求解算法和中部槽姿态求解算法进行优化设计,以实现系统功能.实际测试结果表明该系统各项监测指标均较精确,具有一定的应用价值.

Abstract

In order to further improve the level of morphology monitoring for scraper conveyors,a shape monitoring sys-tem is established for a selected case of SGB1200/280 scraper conveyor.The study focuses on optimizing location algo-rithm and posture algorithm of the middle groove of the scraper conveyor to achieve system functions.Actual test results show that the system is relatively accurate in various monitoring indicators and has certain applicative potential.
