Identifying Effectiveness of Input Elements by Software Prevents Malfunction of Vacuum Heating Furnace
The continuous modularization and automation of vacuum heating furnace controller have urged increase in the scale of software without exception.However,this also leads to rise of malfunction probability.The prevention of mal-function needs pertinence,feasibility and validity.In order to make vacuum heating furnace complete the action properly,rapidly and sensitively,the methods can be used to prevent the occurrence of malfunction including effective script inter-lock of configuration software,Sensor Anti-Jammin measures,interlock of procedure controller software and mutual re-striction of interlocking hardware etc.The interlock and mutual restriction methods of software are discussed in this paper.In particular,identifying input elements effective by software is the precondition of vacuum heating furnace program exe-cution,which prevents the occurrence of malfunction effectively.The paper also discusses the methods using various types of software with input elements from vacuum heating furnace.
