Application of Input Method for Automatic Robot-based Spraying Program for in Multi-machine-type Chassis Painting Line
The present work designed an automatic control system for robot-based spraying,in view of the demand for rapid input of spraying programs.This paper mainly describes hardware composition and detailed work flow of the control system.It also elaborates on the realization of the manual input mode for the spraying programs by using a touch screen,and the establishment of information transmission channel between the control system and the MES system which enables automatic input of the spraying programs.
