摘要
目前,在工业自动化生产领域,工业机器人得到了广泛的应用.结合西门子 S7-1200 系列 PLC、西门子TP700 触摸屏和 ABB IRB120 工业机器人,以车窗涂胶工作站为研究对象,设计了基于 PLC与触摸屏的车窗涂胶工业机器人工作站系统.该工作站能完成车窗涂胶控制,工作站运维人员通过其触摸屏界面还可以实时了解系统运行情况.介绍了系统的总体方案、硬件设计和软件设计.
Abstract
At present,industrial robots have been widely used in the field of industrial automation production.Combining the PLC of Siemens S7-1200 series,the touch screen of Siemens TP700 and the IRB120 industrial robot of ABB,taking the window gluing workstation as the research object,a window gluing industrial robot workstation system based on PLC and touch screen was designed.This workstation can realize the control of window gluing,and also enable real-time dis-play of the system operation status through the touch screen interface.This paper sketches out overall scheme,hardware design,and software design of the system.
