随着高速棒材技术的发展,高速上钢系统已从 18 m/s提高到了单根轧制 45 m/s.其在生产轧制速度、智能化水平、产品精度和成材率等方面得到了质的提升.针对 45 m/s 高速棒材高速上钢区成套装备长期受控于西马克、达涅利等少数国外厂家的现状,近几年来,由中冶京诚承担的 45 m/s 高速棒材高速上钢系统和装备国产化取得了卓有成效的研发成果,广泛应用于多条产线并取得了成功.以江西新余钢铁集团高速棒材生产线为例,对中冶京诚高速上钢系统中核心设备高速倍尺剪、智能夹尾器以及转毂控制技术等进行了剖析和探讨.
With the development of high-speed bar technology,the high-speed steel rolling system has increased from 18 m/s to 45 m/s for single rolling.Its production and rolling speed,intelligent level,product precision and yield rate have been improved.In view of the status quo that the complete set of equipment in 45 m/s high-speed sdelivery system is con-trolled by a few foreign manufacturers such as S MS and DANIELI for a long time,in recent years the localization of the 45 m/s high-speed delivery system and equipment undertaken by MCC Jingcheng has achieved fruitful research and devel-opment results and found wide application in multiple production lines with satisfactory utility.This paper takes the high-speed bar production line of Jiangxi Xinyu Iron and Steel Group as an example to analyze and explore the core equipment of MCC Jingcheng high-speed delivery system,including high-speed multiple-scale shear,intelligent tail clamp,and tail clamp control technology.
