摘要

以S7-1200 可编程控制器、汇川变频器、汇川伺服控制器、昆仑通态触摸屏等设备为主要载体,实现了物料自动生产线分拣系统的控制.该系统设计涵盖PLC控制、HIM人机界面、变频调速、伺服驱动、传感器等先进控制技术,完成了对物料自动生产线分拣系统的远程化在线控制以及物料生产过程的实时可视化监控.系统运行稳定、可靠性高,具有较高的应用推广价值.

Abstract

Taking S7-1200 programmable controller,Huichuan frequency converter,Huichuan servo controller,Kunlun general touch screen and other equipment as the main components,this paper realizes the control of sorting system of au-tomatic material production line.The design covers advanced control technologies such as PLC control,HIM man-machine interface,frequency conversion speed regulation,servo drive,sensor,etc.,and achieves remote online control of the auto-matic production line sorting system and real-time visualized monitoring of the material production process.The system operates stably and highly reliably,and deserves further extensive application.
