摘要

根据现场实际情况和业主要求,对某火力发电厂的高压循环泵进行变频改造,提出了一种改造方案.该方案通过完善高压变频电动机的保护配置,保证了电动机的可靠运行和机组安全,同时改动较小,满足项目工期要求,对后续厂用高压电动机变频改造提供一定参考.

Abstract

This paper reports a retrofit carried out for realizing frequency variability function with respect to a high-pres-sure circulating pump of a thermal power plant and the proposed retrofit scheme according to the on-site actual situation and the customer's requirements.The scheme ensures the rotor's reliable operation and the unit safety by improving the protection configuration of the high-voltage frequency-variable motor.The scheme involves relatively small modifications and well satisfies the project's schedule requirements,which may provide a certain reference for subsequent retrofit pro-jects for frequency variability of factories'internal high-voltage motors.
