摘要

待并网且未进行治理的新能源电站并网后会引起电网电压波动、闪变或谐波超标等问题,因此需要对该类新能源电站进行分析,提出治理方案.目前通常采用人工分析手段,分析效率低且容易因人为因素导致提供的治理方案不是最优,因此研究了新能源电站并网电能质量分析治理系统,以实现新能源电站全自动分析.对该系统提供的分析治理方案的人工验证表明,该系统具有有效性,其提供的方案具有合理性.

Abstract

Isolated newly constructed new energy power plants need to undergo power quality treatment before grid con-nection.Otherwise they will cause voltage fluctuations,flickering,or excess harmonic problems to the grid.Therefore it is necessary to analyze these types of new energy generations and provide treatment schemes.At present,manual analysis is commonly used for analysis,but the analysis efficiency is low and the provided scheme may not be optimal due to human factors.This paper studies power quality analysis and treatment system for grid connection of of new energy power plants,achieving fully automatic analysis.Manual verification on analysis and treatment scheme provided by the system,indicates the effectiveness of the system and the rationality of the provided scheme.
