Construction and Application of Intelligent Inspection System in 220 kV Smart Substation
Substations are an indispensable section for safe and reliable operation of power systems,and equipment inspec-tion is one of the main tasks in substation operation and maintenance management.The efficiency and quality of inspec-tions directly impact the operational level of the power system.Taking the 220 kV Cihu Substation as an example,this pa-per develops a construction plan for its inspection system by combining existing intelligent inspection technologies.Ad-dressing the limitation of traditional robots that can only use dedicated networks,based on two common types of intelli-gent inspection systems,namely direct access and edge node types,the architecture of the intelligent inspection system is proposed.The paper provides an overview of the overall construction of the system and its perception devices,analyzes the categories of intelligent inspection,inspection strategies,and system functionalities.The practical application results of the system are presented,demonstrating that the construction and application of the intelligent inspection system can a-chieve unmanned inspections in substations,strengthen equipment state control,and to a certain extent,serve as an ex-emplary case for intelligent inspection in smart substations.
