摘要

为了提升故障情况下调度安全高效指挥处置及快速复电能力,面向 10kV母线失压配网快速复电应用场景,从方案分析及展示、安全防误校核、批量协同转供方面提出集约化模式下 10kV母线失压配网快速复电功能及安全防误策略,为相关功能的实际工程设计提供参考.

Abstract

In order to improve safety and efficiency of emergency disposal in case of power grid faults,as well as to enhance the ability for rapid power restoration,this paper mainly discusses the rapid restoration of distribution power grid in case of 10 kV busbar voltage loss.Based on the intensive mode of distribution power grid dispatching and control,some supporting functions for emergency disposal and the anti-maloperation strategy are proposed,providing a reference for the actual engineering design of related functions.
