摘要
密封胶垫对于电力设备的密封性能至关重要,一旦破损将导致变压器、GIS等重要电力设备漏油或漏气,严重降低电力设备的绝缘性能,导致电力系统不可靠运行或停电.电力设备厂家、型号、样式各异,导致消缺现场无专门同型号的密封胶垫,严重影响了消缺质量和供电可靠性.针对此问题,特研制了一种便携式多功能密封胶垫制作工具,该工具能现场制作圆形密封胶垫及"45°切面角的对接法"的胶条,且胶垫精确无瑕疵、切面完全平整吻合,操作方便,实用性高,具有广泛的推广价值.
Abstract
Sealing gaskets are crucial for the sealing performance of power equipment.Once a sealing gasket is damaged,it will cause oil or gas leakage in important power equipment such as transformers and GIS,seriously reducing the insulation performance of power equipment,leading to unreliable operation or power outage of the power system.Due to the diversity of power equipment manufacturers and models,there is no dedicated sealing gasket of the same model at the defect elimination site,which seriously affects the quality of defect elimination and power supply reliability.In view of this issue,a portable and multifunctional processing tool for sealing gaskets has been developed.This tool can produce circular sealing gaskets and"45 degree cut angle docking method"adhesive strips on site,and the products are precise and flawless,with completely flat and consistent cut surfaces,easy to operate,high practicality,and wide promotion value.
