基于继电保护测量仪的快速接线转换装置的研究

目前通过测试仪测试继电保护装置的过程中,需要接插多根电流和电压实验线缆,接线过程中存在接错线的风险,可能会影响继电保护测试实验的进行及检测结果,严重时还可能导致接线处出现打火等现象,危及人身安全.通过设计保护装置自动测试台和电流电压回路接触可靠性检测回路,研制出一种快速接线转换装置.该装置可改善以往因人工接线出现的安全问题,且该装置可检测电流电压回路接触的可靠性,进一步提升测试的安全性.
Study on Fast Wiring Conversion Device Based on Relay Protection Tester
At present,in the process of testing relay protection devices through testers,multiple current and voltage test cables need to be connected.There is a risk of incorrect wiring during the wiring process,which may affect the progress and the detection results of relay protection testing experiments.In severe cases,it may also lead to ignition and other phenomena at the wiring,endangering personal safety.Based on the design of automatic test bench of protective device and current and voltage circuit,the development of a fast wiring conversion device is reported in this paper.The device can improve safety problems caused by manual wiring in previously conventional methods,and detect the reliability of current and voltage loop contact,further improving test safety level.
