摘要
屏蔽服的洁净对保障带电作业人员安全进出电场起着十分关键的作用.现清洁屏蔽服的方式无法达到高效、无损、彻底的效果.针对上述问题,提出使用超声波清洁装置对脏污屏蔽服进行清洁的思路,分析了清洁方式的原理.对研制的装置进行试验,结果表明该装置可满足清洁要求,提高清洁效率,对保障带电作业人员人身安全具有重要意义.
Abstract
The cleanliness of shielding clothing plays a pivotal role in ensuring safe entry and exit of live workers in and out of the electric field.The current way of cleaning shielding clothing cannot achieve efficient,non-destructive and thorough utility.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes the use of ultrasonic cleaning device to clean dirty shielding clothing.It analyzes the principle of cleaning method,and performs test verification of the developed device.Results show that the method and device can meet cleaning requirements and improve cleaning efficiency,and is of great significance to ensure safety of live workers.
