手持式智能变电站一键安措校核仪的设计与实现

随着智能变电站的大量投入使用,在运维过程中也暴露出很多问题,尤其是在安措开票方面,仍然停留在依靠现场运维人员经验和查找相关设计资料的前提下进行手工开票,不但效率低而且可靠性差,易造成安全隐患和事故.手持式智能变电站一键安措校核仪集成了基于专家系统的安措票自动生成、预演、在线校核等技术等,能够实现安措票一键自动生成功能,根据安措每项内容模拟预演,离线检查安措票和防误校验,在实际应用中通过实时采集站控层 MMS通信报文,对安措工作进行监视和校核,提升了智能变电站现场检修的工作效率,同时减少了人为因素造成的工作失误.
Design and Implementation of a Handheld One-click Safety Measure Calibrator for Intelligent Substation
With the large-scale use of intelligent substations,many problems have also emerged during operation and maintenance,especially in terms of safety measures invoicing.Manual invoicing still relies on the experience of on-site operation and maintenance personnel and the search for relevant design data,which not only has low efficiency but also poor reliability and thereby easily causes safety hazards and accidents.This paper proposes a handheld safety measure one-click calibrator designed for intelligent substations which integrates functions such as automatic generation,rehearsal,and online verification of safety measure tickets based on expert systems.It can achieve automatic generation of safety measure tickets by one-click operation,simulate rehearsals based on each content of safety measures,check safety measure tickets offline,and verify error prevention.In practical applications,it monitors and verifies safety measure work by collecting real-time MMS communication messages from the station control layer,improves the efficiency of on-site maintenance of intelligent substations while reducing the risk of work errors caused by human factors.
