传统架空地线短距离提升通用装置直接对横担锁定组件结构进行设计,未对架空地线提升装置难点进行分析,造成传统装置作业效率低,为此对架空地线短距离提升通用装置进行研制.分析架空地线提升装置难点,在分析难点的基础上,针对铁塔顶部稳定固定提升装置,提出横担锁定和提升丝杠的解决方案,并对其进行实际应用测试,测试结果表明该提升通用装置具有高效性的特点,更具优越性.
Development and Application of General Device for Short Distance Hoisting of Overhead Ground Wires
The conventional universal device for short distance hoisting of overhead ground wires directly designs the structure of crossarm locking component without analyzing and considering the device difficulties,resulting in low operating efficiency.In view of this the present work studies an universal device for short distance hoisting of overhead ground wires.On the basis of analyzing the difficulties of overhead ground hoisting device,the solution of cross arm locking and lifting screw is proposed for stable and fixed hoisting device at the top of the tower,and the practical application test is carried out.The test results show that the general hoisting device has the characteristics of high efficiency and is more advantageous.
