摘要

特高压输电线路在我国能源电力战略中起着至关重要的作用.输电线路中的挂点金具、绝缘子等电气设备损毁而造成电力系统瘫痪的情况不在少数.基于新东直流工程实例,从线路覆冰、导线舞动、脱冰跳跃等多个方面分析挂点金具及绝缘子受损原因,同时针对不同的损伤类型给出了相应的整改措施及建议.

Abstract

Ultra-high voltage(UHV)transmission lines play a crucial role in China's electric energy strategy.There are many cases of power system paralysis caused by damage to hanging point fixtures,insulators,and other electrical equipment in transmission lines.Based on the example of the Xindong DC project,this paper explores the damage caused by hanging point fixtures and insulators from the aspects of line icing,conductor galloping,and ice-shedding jump.Moreover,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given for different damage types.
