摘要

对CAP1400 大型钢制安全壳容器运输方案进行有限元分析,考虑了运输过程中自重、风载、加速度等载荷,以及实际路面不平整导致高度差等不确定性影响因素.根据有限元分析的计算结果对运输方案进行优化,使其满足规范设计要求,为后续同类设备运输提供参考.

Abstract

This paper reports a finite element analysis carried out on the transportation scheme of CAP1400 large steel containment vessel while considering the load during transportation such as dead weight,wind load,and acceleration,as well as uncertain influencing factors such as height difference caused by the uneven road surface in the actual field.The transportation scheme is optimized according to the calculation results of finite element analysis to make it standard-qualified and provide reference for subsequent transportation work of similar equipment.
