高海拔地区配网带电作业安全距离探讨

随着用户对供电可靠性要求的提高,市政迁改、用户接火等工作采取"能转必转,能带不停"的方式,但是在海拔 4500 m以上的地区开展配电带电作业缺乏相关技术标准,开展带电作业次数相对较少,因此结合低海拔地区配网带电作业成熟的研究成果以及常用海拔校正方法,对 3000~5000 m 范围内配网带电作业最小安全距离做了分析.
Discussion on Safe Distance of Live Working in Distribution Networks in High Altitude Areas
With the improvement of users'requirements on reliability of power supply,the work such as municipal relocation and user fire connection is undergoing mode transformation.However there lacks relevant technical standards and experiences for distribution live working in areas with altitudes of above 4500 m.Based on the mature engineering results of live operation of distribution network in low altitude areas and the common altitude correction methods,the minimum safety distance of distribution network live operation in the range of 3000 m to 5000 m is analyzed.
