为降低模块化多电平储能系统在传统的基于排序的荷电状态平衡策略下的绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)的开关频率,减少系统在信号调制环节中对芯片资源的过度依赖,提出了一种非排序的SOC 均衡策略,基本思想是根据子模块SOC大小进行分组,并对其施加不同的控制,以此降低 IGBT 的开关频率.在 MATLAB/Simulink 平台上建立的 MMC-BESS并入 10kV电网的实验系统模型验证了所提出的策略相较于传统的SOC 均衡策略有效地降低了IGBT开关频率.
SOC Balancing Strategy Based on Non-ordered MMC-BESS
In order to reduce the switching frequency of insulated-gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)in modular multilevel en-ergy storage system under the conventional sequential-based charge state balance strategy and reduce the excessive de-pendence of the system on chip resources in signal modulation,a non-sequential-based SOC balancing strategy is proposed.The basic idea of the strategy is to classify the sub-modules according to SOC value,and exert different controls on differ-ent classes.This reduces the switching frequency of IGBT.The experimental system model of incorporating MMC-BESS into 10 kV power grid was established on MATLAB/Simulink platform for verification,which proves that compared with the traditional SOC equalization strategy,the proposed strategy effectively reduced the IGBT ground switching frequency.
