Analysis of Planning Theory and Engineering Construction Practice of Active Distribution Networks
Active distribution network(ADN)is an efficient solution for large-scale grid connection of distributed power sources under the background of"dual carbon"strategy.It has critical significance for promoting optimization of China's energy structure and reduction of carbon dioxide emission.This paper outlines basic concepts,main characteristics,and key technologies of ADN,presents a theoretical framework and method for ADN planning with distributed sources.It pro-poses engineering construction practices from three aspects:distribution network structure,digital communication,and smart electricity use.The construction ideas and principles are preliminarily puts forward.
