变电运行中电气误操作事故原因及应对措施

当前的防误闭锁装置标识结构一般设定为独立模式,导致误操作误识率增加.根据当前的测定需求分析变电运行中电气误操作事故原因,设置运行监测节点及管控机制,采用多层级的方式提升防误操作效率.在此基础上,构建多层级的防误闭锁装置,采用二次核验的方式来完成误操作事故处理,从而实现电气误操作事故应对.最终的测试结果表明,随机选定的 6 台辅助电气设备的误操作率均被控制在 15%之内,此次制定的应对措施更加完整、有效,能有效降低电气误操作事故的发生概率.
Reasons and Countermeasures for Electrical Misoperation Accidents in Operating Substations
The current identification structure of anti-misoperation locking devices is generally set to independent mode,which leads to an increase in misidentification rate.According to the measurement requirements at present,this paper an-alyzes the causes of electrical misoperation accidents in operating substations,sets up operation monitoring nodes and con-trol mechanisms based on the analysis results of electrical misoperation accidents,and adopts a multi-level approach to im-prove the efficiency of preventing misoperation.On this basis,a multi-level anti-misoperation locking device identification structure is constructed,and a secondary verification method is adopted to complete the handling of misoperation acci-dents,thereby facilitate coping with electrical misoperation accidents.For the as experimental subjects,The proposed countermeasures achieves in test performed on randomly selected 6 auxiliary electrical equipment misoperation misidentifi-cation rates lower than 15%,indicating that the designed measures are more complete and effective,and can effectively reduce the probability of electrical misoperation accidents.
