为提高充电柜充电体系使用处理效率,设计了基于分布式多总线的智能充电柜充电管理系统.首先利用总线方式和以太网技术搭建系统框架,完成系统主控单元、数据通信模块、充电柜充电模块等硬件的设计;然后以此为基础,进行CAN总线通信、充电柜充电管理软件设计,以实现充电柜充电的智能化管理;最后通过实验来验证所提方法的先进性.实验结果表明,该系统可实现充电柜充电的智能化管理,且 CPU 使用效率优于对比方法,应用效果较好.
Management System Design of Smart Charging Cabinet Based on Distributed Multi-bus
To improve usage and processing of charging system with respect to charging cabinets,this study focuses on the design of an intelligent charging management system for charging cabinets based on distributed multi-bus technology.First the system framework is built using bus and Ethernet technology to complete the design of hardware such as main control unit,data communication module,and charging module.On that basis CAN bus communication and charging management software are then designed to achieve intelligent charging management.Finally experiments are carried out to verify the advantages of the proposed method and show that the system has satisfactory applicative utility,as it can a-chieve intelligent management of charging cabinet and CPU utilization efficiency higher than that achieved using the refer-ence method.
