在新型电力系统建设目标和电力设备数字化智能化发展趋势下,对当前的开关柜智能终端进行了改进.优化了温度监测和机械特性的评估算法,引入了图像识别和物联网技术,增加了手车和地刀的操作视频联动和位置双确认,以及开关柜多状态一键切换的顺序控制功能.同时,采用国产化的 T3 芯片以及硬件平台化、软件 App 化设计,降低了硬件成本和软件开发成本.通过在开关柜上部署智能终端及配套的传感设备,进行了功能验证.结果表明,改进后的智能终端功能更加完备,进一步提高了开关柜的智能运维水平.
Study on Intelligent Terminal of Switchgear Based on Image Identification and Internet of Things Technology
Under the development trend of constructing new power system,and digitalization and intelligentization of power equipment,the switchgear intelligent terminal has been improved.In this study the algorithms of temperature mo-nitoring and mechanical property evaluation were optimized,image recognition and internet of things technology were in-troduced,video linkage and double position confirmation of handcart and groundswitch were added,as well as one-key control of multistate switchgear.Meanwhile,domestic T3 chip,hardware platform and software App design were adopt-ed,achieving reduced hardware costs and software development costs.Then a function verification by installing intelligent terminal and corresponding sensor equipment on the switchgear shows that the modified intelligent terminal has more complete,further improving the switchgear's intelligent operation and maintenance level.
