针对进口 MCU存在芯片供应不稳定及性价比低等问题,结合SF6 传感器实际开发所需对国产 MCU进行了选型,设计和实现了一款基于GD32E230C8T6 的红外SF6 传感器.给出了SF6、氧气和臭氧气体的浓度及环境温湿度检测软硬件具体设计.应用结果表明传感器对各参量的测量精度满足现场要求,运行稳定可靠.
Design of an SF6 Sensor Based on Domestic MCU
In view of the problems such as supply instability and low cost performance of foreign MCU chips,according to the practical development of SF6 sensor,the selection of domestic MCU is presented in this paper.An infrared SF6 sensor based on GD32 E230 C8 T6 is designed and implemented.The specific design of software&hardware for detecting the con-centrations of SF6,oxygen,and ozone gases,as well as environmental temperature and humidity,is provided.Field appli-cation results indicate that the measurement accuracy of the sensor for various parameters meets the field requirements,and the operation is stable and reliable.
