针对某 220 kV变电站 110 kV线路故障跳闸事件,通过保护动作信息检查、故障录波检查、监控信息检查、二次回路检查、元器件测试、防跳继电器测试等检修流程,逐步分析故障原因,最终确定断路器存在防跳继电器参数与操作箱插件不匹配的问题,进而导致防跳回路不能正确动作,最后给出了解决方案,为今后类似故障提供了分析思路与排查方法.
Troubleshooting and Analysis of Anti-trip Circuit of 110 kV Circuit Breakers
This paper focuses on an event of fault-induced trip encountered by a 110 kV line in an actual 220 kV substa-tion.It reports the maintenance processes performed for fault diagnosis,including relay's action information inspection,fault recording inspection,monitoring information inspection,secondary circuit inspection,component test,anti-trip relay test,etc.,and describes the finally determined fault cause,i.e.,a mismatch between parameters of anti-trip relay and op-eration box plug-ins which resulted in unreliable action of the relay.It also puts forward the solution to provide a basis for future analysis of similar faults.
