特高压变电站电气设备油坑阻燃层轻型化结构设计

针对国内电气设备油坑阻燃领域采用的鹅卵石材料在实际应用中存在排油不畅、取材影响环境和清理维护不便等问题,综合考虑了特高压变电站油坑阻燃层在渗透性、隔火性和轻型化方面的需求,提出了一种特高压变电站电气设备油坑阻燃层轻型化结构设计方法.采用可漂浮的空心金属球作为轻型阻燃材料铺设在油坑底部,与顶部的轻型阻燃隔板协同构成轻型化阻燃层;在此基础上,对空心金属球的关键参数进行设计和计算.实验结果表明,提出的阻燃层轻型化结构既能在变压器油表面形成一层阻燃隔火层,大幅度抑制油坑内的火焰,又能解决事故油坑内变压器油难以快速排放问题.
Lightweight Structure Design of Oil Pit Flame Retardant Layer for Electrical Equipment in Ultra-high Voltage Substation
In view of the problems,such as poor oil discharge,environmental impact and inconvenient cleaning and main-tenance,existing in the practical application of pebble materials used in the field of electrical equipment oil pit flame re-tardant in China,this paper comprehensively considers the requirements of permeability,fire insulation and lightweight of the flame retardant layer of oil pit in ultra-high voltage(UHV)substation,and proposes a lightweight structural design method for the flame retardant layer of oil pit in UHV substation.The floating hollow metal ball is used as a lightweight flame retardant material to be laid at the bottom of the oil pit,and the lightweight flame retardant partition at the top is used to form a lightweight flame retardant layer.On this basis,the key parameters of the hollow metal ball are designed and calculated.The experimental results show that the lightweight flame retardant layer structure proposed in this paper can not only form a flame retardant and fire insulation layer on the surface of transformer oil,greatly suppress the flame in the oil pit,but also facilitate fast discharge of transformer oil in the accident oil pit.
