Development of Antifreeze Heating Device for outdoor Heat Exchanger of Valve Cooling System
Due to technical and construction conditions at its construction time,the converter stations built in the early stage in north China did not have a supporting antifreeze shed for outdoor heat exchange equipment of external valve cool-ing.Thus the external valve cooling pipeline may be frozen and damaged owing to winter cold or large day-night tempera-ture fluctuation.And the particularly extreme conditions such as ultra-low temperatures,and unplanned shutdown and un-availability of two main pumps,outdoor heat exchange equipment in the external cooling area of the valve needs to take thermal and cold protection measures to avoid freezing of the external cooling air cooler tube bundle or valve.
