针对国内某核电厂格栅除污机的松绳保护拒动导致耙斗钢丝绳脱轨,过力矩保护拒动导致上游电源开关热保护动作跳闸的事件,结合格栅除污机原理,从控制回路、机械结构和现场环境出发,确定了引起拒动故障的根本原因,提出了可行的解决方案,并对其余格栅除污机进行整改,进而避免后续发生类似情况,提高了格栅除污机运行的可靠性.
Analysis and Treatment for Protection Inaction of Grille Remover
With respect to a event of wire rope derailment of scraper caused by rope loosening protection failure and the thermal protection action of upstream power switch trips due to the failure of overload protection of the grille remover of nuclear power,according to the principle of the proximity switch,the control circuit mechanical structure and field envi-ronment,basic reasons of the malfunction are determined.Solutions are proposed and other grille removers are rectified to prevent similar failure and improve equipment reliability.
