基于电力检修安全作业的智能监测终端设计

针对电力检修对象急剧增多、作业现场尤其偏僻区域监测手段匮乏的现状,设计了一种适用于电力检修现场安全作业的智能监测终端.首先分析了目前电力检修安全作业措施和存在的问题;其次基于电力检修场景的多样化,设计了智能监测终端的功能、整体结构、供电电源和通信方案,并研究了该终端的监测策略;最后将设计的智能监测终端与目前已应用的视频监控系统进行对比,结果表明设计的智能监测终端携带和部署简便、预警快速、不依赖外部电源即可随时随地对电力检修作业开展监测,具有更广泛的实际应用范围.
Design of Intelligent Monitoring Terminal Based on Safe Operation of Power Maintenance
In response to rapid increase in the number of power maintenance objects and lack of monitoring methods in re-mote areas,an intelligent monitoring terminal suitable for safe operation on power maintenance sites has been designed.First current safety measures and existing problems for power maintenance are analyzed.Second based on diversification of power maintenance scenarios,designs on functions,overall structure,power supply and communication scheme of the in-telligent monitoring terminal are developed,and specific monitoring strategy of the terminal is studied.Finally a compari-son is made between the intelligent monitoring terminal designed in this work and the currently applied video monitoring system.The proposed terminal is easy to carry and deploy,has fast warning,can monitor power maintenance operations anytime and anywhere without relying on external power sources,which has a wider practical application range.
