Report on 45 Years of Operation of 4 Hz Insulation Measuring in Petrochemical Plants Imported from France
This paper reports power supply scale,region and production environment of the petrochemical plant imported from France.The wiring and grounding system,380 V small current grounding system(IT system)architecture and 4 Hz insulation measuring of French are outlined.According to the actual case of 45 years of operation the European 4 Hz insu-lation supervision for live motors is a beneficial technology and it is necessary to set up a special project and upgrade,and achieve localization,industrialization and standardization.
