摘要
针对阀厅升降平台车应用中出现的载荷分布不均衡问题,设计一种实时监测并报警的装置.首先,选择适用于载荷分布检测的压力、位移传感器.其次,对传感器采集的信号进行处理,实现对载荷分布的实时监测和分析.最后,设计声光报警以满足户外作业场景需求.实验验证表明,该装置能够有效监测载荷分布情况,并在出现异常时及时发出警报,有助于保障设备和操作人员安全.
Abstract
In view of frequent occurrence of load imbalance in the application of valve hall lifting platform vehicles,this paper designs a real-time monitoring and alarm device.First pressure and displacement sensors suitable for load distribu-tion detection are selected.Second the signals collected by the sensors are processed to achieve real-time monitoring and a-nalysis of load distribution.Finally audible and visual alarms are designed to meet the needs of outdoor work scenarios.Ex-perimental verification shows that the device can effectively monitor the distribution of loads and issue timely alarms in case of anomalies,which helps to ensure safety of equipment and operators.
