摘要

钢化玻璃绝缘子质量性能的优劣直接影响到电力系统的正常运行,特别是玻璃绝缘子自爆率备受关注.为了保证钢化玻璃绝缘子的正常运行,应在产品设计、原材料、制造工艺上严格把控,细化过程质量控制,稳定产品质量,降低生产成本,以提高产品市场竞争力,满足客户个性化需求.

Abstract

The performance of glass insulators directly affects normal operation of power system,and particularly,the self-explosion rate concerns customers a lot.In order to ensure the normal operation of tempered glass insulators,strict control should be carried out in product design,raw materials and manufacturing processes to specify process quality con-trol,stablilize product quality,reduce production costs,improve product market competitiveness,and meet the individual needs of customers.
