摘要

废物桶作为核设施中存放放射性废物的重要容器,在存放及运输过程中其外表面可能受到污染,因此需要定期检测以确保辐射水平处于安全范围.介绍了针对废物桶外表面辐射检测的需求,设计并研制了一种自动测量装置,该装置能够快速、准确地检测废物桶表面的辐射水平,并实现数据的自动记录和处理.研究内容包括机械结构设计、硬件设计、软件设计等.通过试验验证,该装置能够满足现场应用需求,为废物桶的安全管理提供技术支持.

Abstract

As an important container for storing radioactive waste in nuclear facilities,the external surface of the waste barrel may becontaminated during storageand transportation,and regular test is required to ensure that the radiation lev-el is in a safe range.In this paper,an automatic measuring device is designed and developed,which can detect the radiation level on the surface of waste drum quickly and accurately,and realize automatic data recording and processing.The devel-opment of thedeviceentails mechanical structuredesign,hardware system design,softwaredesign and so on.Theexperi-mental results show that the device can meet the requirements of field applications and provide technical support for the safe management of waste drums.
