煤矿刮板输送机用永磁同步电机的设计与分析

矿井下工作环境恶劣,传统的刮板机驱动系统主要采用异步电机配合减速器一起使用的方式,其缺点是设备体积较大,发热严重,存在电机内腔容易积水的问题.采用永磁同步电机直驱技术取代传统驱动方式,对刮板输送机用永磁直驱电机进行额定参数选取,完成电磁方案设计,同时在有限元软件中进行仿真.通过对比不同极槽配合下电机的齿槽转矩和过载能力,最终确定更优的刮板输送机用永磁同步电机方案.
Design and Analysis of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Coal Mine Scraper Conveyor
The underground working environment of mines is harsh.The conventional scraper drive system mainly em-ploys a asynchronous motor along with a reducer,and its disadvantages are high space occupation of equipment,serious heat generation,and ease of water accumulation in motor cavity.The permanent magnet synchronous motor direct driving technology is used to replace the conventional driving method,and the rated parameters are determined.The designed e-lectromagnetic scheme is then tested by a simulation carried out in a finite element software.By comparing cogging torque and overload capacity of the motor under different pole grooves,a better scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor for scraper conveyor was finally determined.
